Ok so the Ukrainian conflict is totally Putin's fault. But, it led to massive inflation in the Euro-zone which the ECB blames on the climate change. So in that context, climate change is also Putin's fault. He's also responsible for the rise in energy and fuel prices across Europe because the EU put sanctions on the imports and he's responsible for the housing shortage caused by mass-migration.
He's also the reason why people still put pineapple on their pizza. But let's not go there, I don't want to be the catalyst triggering a war.
