Well...I'm officially a sourdough bread baker! This is by far the best loaf of bread I've ever made...very light and tasty...it does take hours of kneading, folding, and stretching but most of that time is waiting so it's perfect for reading as you wait...nothing like warm bread with butter...it didn't raise at all in the fridge but just took off in the oven...yay!
