## Concerning #Palestine
I feel it too. It can be overwhelming but looking for a knock out blow, feeling depressed or turning away and doing nothing is not the answer.
I'm not saying i have the answers, just that i have been through the emotional rollercoaster with this and come to the conclusion as #JamesClear, #AtomicHabits put it, 1.01^(365), improve one percent everyday, don't miss a day: don't break the chain and if you do miss a day don't miss the next. 1% a day is only 2 minutes out of a total of 1440 minutes, just two minutes, easy.
This also applies to Palestine and any positive change you want to see in the #World: just give 2 minutes a day to it.
