It depend on how scrupulous are those illegal migrants on tracking all the borders they actually crossed. Right? How would Dutch know if they actually arrived through Belarus, Poland and Germany from wherever the hell they are from? Would Germany or Poland accept them sent back from Netherlands? Based on what? And what next?
Maybe they should be sent to Brussels? Ursula is in charge. She can handle that.
