I don't know if you can call this non-traditional, but I've really been really enjoying the story of Read Dead Redemption 2 (ps5). It's my first time playing it (yes late as hell I know), and I had no idea what the title meant when I started playing. Spoilers below 👇

You start off as this bad ass cowboy and you can choose whether you wanna kill heaps of people or not (there's a good/bad meter). I was kinda bad, but mostly good. Now my character has just recently contracted a fatal disease, and he changes how he acts in certain situations and this also reflects on my own decisions (choosing the forgiving and redeeming paths). His appearance also changes, he looks sick and people comment on it. I guess now that that's where the game title comes from. Anyway, I assume he survives somehow (won't read replies at risk of spoilers lol), since otherwise I won't be able to continue playing and exploring after the main story 😄
