Cookbook browsing today...
Thanks for everyone who played along yesterday (third cookbook from the right on your shelf). I loved seeing the books and hearing your stories.
Today the book I have randomly grabbed from the bookcase is:
Navratra Special, by Anju Khattar.
Anju has written a few of these small sized books, about 16cm high, 24cm long. Navratra is over for this year of course, but the recipes can be used at any time. Some of them are 'fasting" type recipes - use of moriya/barnyard millet instead of rice and different flours are used instead of wheat based flours. All healthy alternatives.
And all recipes are very simple and good.
