It's a fucking horrible app and they removed the downgrade option making ppl trapped with half their system in each version. Total disaster. Been yelling at management for months lol
No mention of downgrade yet, these guys are bleeding customers. Their community has thousands of ppl returning product.
Did they lose the team that can do firmware there? Any insights?

Sure the apologized for the mess but they think this new can be fixed with adding features. This will go down in history as a case study for you can kill a company by redesigning your app when you’ve grown to at best ignore and more likely hate your users.
