So yeah... didn't really go to the #allotment expecting much, but got a little weeding and tidying done, and got quite a decent harvest - celeriac, leeks, parsnips, lettuce, rocket, parsley, a little chard, and some rhubarb. This will go well with some sausages we picked up from one of the local nurseries for dinner. We also got some seedlings - it's an expensive way to start plants, but it makes up a little for our late start... it's basically spending money to purchase a modicum of hope.
