We have to fucking move, again, after a single fucking year. So that means 10 grand set on fire, again. 3 months of constantly fighting the wife because that's how she deals with stress. 2 years in a row where the only real time I get away from work is completely ruined.
Trying to move in January is a *fucking nightmare* too, no fucking real estate agents are at work so nothing gets done in time, it's 40º c, peak storm season, just a total nightmare.
