#GM Guys 🙌
This is my first fitness motivation post! 💪 Exercise has always been part of my life. I started as a track and field athlete in high school, then spent a few years on a #bodybuilding journey and after fall in love with #muaythai. In fitness and in life consistency is everything! For me, working out is the best therapy, and the best part? It’s FREE! 😁💪

ABS are made in the kitchen 😜 but
Here’s my go-to #ABS workout for building a #Sixpack 🔥

Rope pull abs exercise, also known as cable crunches, is a challenging core exercise that targets the rectus abdominis, the muscle responsible for creating the “six-pack” look. Here’s how to perform this exercise:

1. Attach a rope handle to a high-pulley cable machine, and kneel facing away from the machine. Hold the rope with both hands and position it behind your head.

2. Begin by curling your torso forward, contracting your abs as you exhale. Keep your elbows close to your ears and move them towards your knees.

3. Pause for a moment at the bottom of the movement, then slowly return to the starting position while inhaling.

4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
It’s important to maintain good form throughout this exercise to avoid injury and maximize its effectiveness.

Here are some tips:
Keep your back straight and your neck in a neutral position.
Avoid pulling with your arms, instead focusing on using your abs to crunch your torso forward.
Exhale as you crunch forward, and inhale as you return to the starting position.

Rope pull abs exercise can be a challenging and effective way to build core strength and endurance, but it’s important to incorporate it into a balanced workout routine that targets all areas of the body.

What’s your favorite abs exercise? Drop it in the comments! 💬🙌
