you can also go cold stop and switch to water processed decaf. i did that about 4 years ago. oddly i just stopped drinking that one morning a few weeks ago and haven't had but a slight desire once for a cup of coffee, but it wasn't actually made.
getting a cold pressed juicer has helped with that, I think - once you give the body really good stuff - the living waters of larger amounts of vitamin and mineral packed fresh juices, you don't really want coffee. :)
