yeah technically the best relays are the "censored" ones, i.e. wot-relay (only people you follow, and maybe people they follow), paid relays, etc.

I guess the solution is like nostr's solution, allow only interacting with users/groups after some verification, i.e. a trust model, or they have put up some resources (payment, PoW or similar), but I can't speak on the technicals of this for SimpleX
