It's funny to watch the same leftists who agreed with supressing the HB laptop story now bemoan Musk's banning of journalists for doxing the location of his jet.
When any one person or group has control over speech, they will use that control to supress speech they don't like. Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
And here we sit with a potential solution. And we should be very open-eyed about the implications of that solution. We will not have control over speech we don't like. And we will be accused of allowing all manner of horrible speech; and we will have to bear those accusations -- because they will be true -- and we be we who let the genie out of the bottle.
