There is a petition in Ukraine for Ukraine to acquire it's own nuclear weapons to deter Russia. It has only 611 of the 25,000 needed to be considered. Kim Jong Un's sister used it to claim Ukraine has nuclear ambitions, probably as a pretext for a future Russian tactical nuclear strike (Russia is running out of sub-nuclear ways to escalate).
My conclusion? There are 611 Ukrainians who are spies of Russia/China/NKorea. 😅
