I think moral is not defined by any government. But rather by the citizen. And it is quiet easy to measure which countrys government is violating more human rights.

I would argue, that countries with a low number of violations of human rights are defnitly superior. At least when you see freedom as a goal.

And I am defnitly talking about the defense of Ukraine. Defensive war is easy to legitimize while I would struggle to legitimize offensive war as Israel does it.
