I wish someone would make a sort of power brick that contains nothing but a simple perf board with a 5v and ground rail (obviously including the hardware to do the voltage conversion). Then we could pop in small microcontrollers and sensors and DIY all sorts of cool plugin devices. (naturally it would need public schematics so we could 3d print our own covers). Fellow #makers is there any reason this wouldn't be feasible? #electronics #homeAssistant
