We made pizza last night using the dough I made the night before, so it just had a 22 hour room temperature ferment on the counter but hey, it turned out very well.

Dana's pizza is pictured, and mine looked just like it (except I had black olives) but i forgot to get a photo, and the other two not yet baked are vegan pizzas my daughter prepared.
