Typically the ONlY way you can change a constitution is via voting, this was how Indigenious Australians achieved the Vote when a majorty voted to allow it.. Australia also had a vote in Australia to allow gay marriage becase the cinsevartive giver ent at the time was ahsibt doing thw right thing and devided to out it to the vote.
Then in the UK there is Brexit...
But change can also happen from pressure from civil society but this seems to only occur on more smaller (alibet still imortant) issues.
