Just watched the latest Pompleano episode. Gave me a new perspective on pandering politicians. Essentially, if politicians actually listen to the populace and modify their policies based on the feedback, I'd typically call that pandering. However, if they follow through with more than just words, they're actually doing their jobs. Seems straightforward but I hadn't ever considered it that way.
