Coding with an LLM sometimes feels like writing with a word that I've read, but can't define. It's like when I was in middle school and used "notorious" to mean "super famous." It looked right to me at the time!
Every so often the LLM will be like "use destructive_save(foo) to save and update foo" and I'm like "I should probably double-check the docs."
But that's just the cases I actually catch, I'm sure there are other's that looked right enough in an unfamiliar API.
