I’ve been on #nostr for about a month and I believe I should do a proper #introduction. I’m really enjoying this community and hoping to see more fitness and mindset posts in the future!
I’ve been a personal trainer and co-owner of an athletic complex for ~10 years. Despite having a bachelors in computer science, my passion for fitness and personal growth led me elsewhere. I love working with people. It’s not only about getting healthier physically, but also mentally and spiritually. It’s amazing to see someone’s mindset and beliefs about themselves shift. It’s like their whole world changes.
When people start removing limiting beliefs and disrupting old stories their health improves.
