'There is a problem of second generation migrants in Britain being more radical, more loyal to their ancestral culture than their parents are.'
They are permitted to have an "ancestral culture" the indigenes people are criminalised for the same. It's not a minority either, the numbers of Muslims who would kill for their cult is huge.
