It has only been the past few years that I became aware that the food eaten at home is colloquially called "soul food" and that, in some regions, soul food restaurants are somewhat common. Naturally, I think that this is the best kind of food, and I've put it as a restaurant option for catering a few times on this tour and every single time only the two other black people pick it. So I guess no one else likes it except us. XD
