After a 50 mile #ultramarathon on Saturday I took a recovery walk Sunday morning with the dogs. Stopped to chat to some neighbours after half a mile and my Garmin “detected an incident” and notified my emergency contacts. After >100,000 steps on Sat I guess it thought I’d died. Thanks Garmin, slow hand clap😄
