Here's the meat of it: Therapeutic alliance is the bond between therapist and patient. They assessed that of 1205 Wysa users within 5 days of downloading the app, then assessed 226 of those were assessed again 3 days later. They found that these bonds were comparable to those in "traditional" CBT (non-AI) literature.
