As a gift, I got this red light therapy device for my shoulders. Always in pain. The device is an almost flat belt you can wrap. The parameters were right and has to go right up against the skin. I've been using that thing for a little over 2 weeks every day. The difference is amazing. I'm not kidding. I'm still going to need surgery, but the inflammation was awful. I think that's what it worked on. .
