We will gather youth workers from participating contries and they will educated themself about this topic and especially how to communicate this topic with youngsters. We will have 4 experts in this field - one will talk about menstrtuation in general, one about how to live in cooperation with your cycle, one will talk about healthy menstruation and how to realise pain, one expert will focus on menstrual illneses (as PCOS and endometriosis).
At the end of the project we would like to create ebook about menstruation and share it with schools and NGO. 🤗
