Last week my therapist asked me if I wanted to talk more about my plans for the future. (Context: we’re both American, living in Canada, and are both neurodivergent)

I said, “I have… a concept… of a plan??”

Watching her start to crack up laughing but also try to maintain her professional composure was the highlight of my week. I am still occasionally giggling about it!
