Humidex this morning of 88°F (31°C), so that’s a wee bit less horrid. Honestly, I couldn’t tell the difference. Simply too hot for this polar bear.
I could get out earlier to get better temperatures, albeit with higher humidity. I’m working on it. Considering I had been #Running between 10:00 PM & midnight, this has been a shift. It started because I was driving kids across town to 0800 summer school P.E./Health class & this was my window to run. That’s now ended & I’m trying to keep it going.
