Since the shooting, I have blocked about 5 accounts here whose immediate reaction to the news was to make "edgy" jokes about shooting fat people. If I blocked everyone retooting those jokes, I'd be blocking dozens. Please, criticize our cruel and evil politicians. Criticize their racism and queerphobia and misogyny. Mock their fascist aspirations. But every single fat person here is getting the message loud and clear that being fat is worse than being evil.
