Any of you guys know a good GC. I want to rebuild the Hotel Internacional (Barcelona) It needs to be five stories tall and occupy a lot of 5,000 square metres (54,000 sq ft). With capacity for 2,000 guests in 600 rooms and 30 apartments for large families. Needs to be built with no modern industrial machinery or technology and no foundation.
