This bot is used by the
nos.social (nprofile…zktz) client to filter users/feeds. Though technically any client can use reports as they see fit. It's not really a shadow ban, because your content will always exist, certain clients could filter out your content though, such as the offending note. If you don't use the nos client then I would not worry about it and carry on per usual.
