I just don’t see how to get rid of the corruption when it is everywhere and actually keeps things going. There is an attitude in Latin America that if you aren’t taking advantage of opportunities to be corrupt, then you aren’t doing what you can to take care of your family. And I sort of agree with it because often times I would see no way to get ahead without participating.
