One might think that commercial development tooling would be much better, since it is developed for sale and thus a vendor would be interested in appealing to its audience. This is rarely if ever the case.
I can't even come up with a good commercial editor or IDE other than Sublime. And even it relies on a community-driven ecosystem of plugins. Meanwhile, commercial IDEs like Intellij or MSVS are pure garbage.
