Sharing concerns about the increasing surveillance and centralization of power that bring to mind the dystopia from Orwell's "1984," I agree with the content of the manifesto. I support using Bitcoin and the Nostr protocol as means to increase our financial and communicative independence. However, to avoid a future where our only refuge is a "digital basement" with Tails on a USB drive, we must take a holistic approach—educate others, engage in social activities, and co-create technologies that protect our freedom and privacy not just on a personal level but also in a societal dimension.
