We had another villager come round today to collect some baby stuff for his pregnant daughter-in-law. He saw my HF antennas and said that his wife's grandfather was a ham and a VI (voluntary interceptor) during WW2. Very cool. Funny thing is that his wife had been round earlier and hadn't mentioned it.
