I see. The preface says a a lot of people got the wrong impression from his mocking of dialectics he opens with, which took a bit for me to understand even with the warning. Continental philosophy in general is weird for me even when it's not a shitpost, but for an egoist to bother writing up anything it makes sense that it would be something like that.
Sorry I should've paid a bit more attention then because that's different, I usually hear a more religious interpretation of virtue theory (particularly when I was a christian atheist) but as a heuristic for applied wisdom sort of thing then that's not controversial to me.
No linear algebra is included where I am, sadly (only basic calculus competency). So I'll study it myself soon with recorded MIT lectures and a textbook because @ceo_of_monoeye_dating says it is very important
