No, that is not all that much money for an entire family to live off of in a large city. The pay is in line with standard executive compensation for a mid sized organization of $30,000,000 annually. Listen… with an estimated $300,000,000 in play over 10 years, you desperately need good leadership. Poor leadership and execution means that money gets squandered and is not effective. Good leadership ensures maximum and effective impact. If you get some incompetent leadership in there, you aren’t even going to be able to raise money much less execute. If you take a look, they have a lot on their plate. I don’t know what the obsession is with insisting everyone who’s making the world better live in squalor.
