It's always funny to see people arguing with "complex" stuff that HTML/CSS is not a programming language.

The "turning complete" will probably get obsolete and they will invent something new like : " You cannot control the light of your microwave using CSS so it's not a programming language!"

Whatever their conclusion, we can run the web and do cool stuff with HTML/CSS.
