The only way for a Pixel 6 to compete with OpenAI is to do so by connecting to some powerful backend system, such as through an API, which is what JCD argued.
Even downloading a LLM from HuggingFace is cheating because the model wasn't trained on the Pixel 6. The training process is going to require tons of resources/horsepower.
