Phewwww… I ended up accidentally deleting my Nostr account by clicking “delete” instead of “logout” in Damus.
Fortunately after hunting around for “undelete nostr account” I stumbled on this resource on Github:

…and it saved my arse. Something new to learn!
(I copied the relays from here https://github.com/mattn/nostr-undelete/blob/main/main.go to put into the text box)
