there is a plugin i use on vs code that nags you about paying when it updates and i am just like yeah well ok, and been ignoring it after seeing the "ignore this message" is missing.
except its only missing on windows vscode. the macos vscode displays that choice. which makes the 2nd time i have noticed mac versions of something being more consumer friendly. or at least feigning it.
