My small adventure today: a trail run on my own on Götaleden from Göteborg eastward to the small village of Floda. A lot of technical single track trails and quite some scrambling secured by ropes. Exactly 42.2km and 1000m of EG. Ending at a superb burger place. Then train back home. All started with a conversation over sms with wife yesterday. When I only had time for a short run during the swim competition. She said that I should run 42km today. Of course you obey. 😅
