I rarely post pictures of my food, and it doesn’t look all that visually appealing, but I seared the tuna to perfection.

Clementine, baked asparagus, Junmai Ginjo sake, and tuna steak marinated in ginger and Bachan Japanese BBQ sauce. Also had an ear of local sweet corn, not pictured.
