In Africa we just call this starvation
💧Day 3 of my water fast, and I can already taste my reward: bone broth (couple of hours before my dinner).
Gonna prep it tomorrow to have it on day 5.
Today, I finalized my order with the butcher: 6kg of knuckle, marrow, meaty, and cartilage-rich bones.
Tomorrow, I’ll pick them up, grill them for a smoky kick, then simmer them with wild herbs, salt, and pepper. The broth will rest overnight, letting all that collagen and flavor meld together into pure nourishment.
Will try and share pix of the process tomorrow.
