npub15th6y0m8c79aq5qg2arvpw955jr4c5cvvvvkrxz70tnh4n282dzq2a6nvx (npub15th…6nvx) i don’t have a suggestion, i just don’t believe smashed windows is “violence”.
i also think it’s perfectly reasonable to act on emotion. we have a tendency to conflate emotion with lower-level or primal thinking when it’s just as valid or more helpful to employ emotion to inform a decision than “logic and reason”. it might not be “logical” to leave a violent partner or an abusive job or a shitty apartment, if they provide *enough* benefit to reason with yourself into believing it outweighs the harm, but it’s entirely valid to do it anyway because emotions tell you to.
