What's really funny about the cancelled trams is that they can't put in buses to replace them, because there is already a bus shortage. The buses are mostly electrical and need to charge longer due to the cold weather. On top of that, even if they did have enough buses, they actually have to get there. And the snow ploughs can't be everywhere at once. Chaos.
