Garlic 🧄 time - Keeping twenty large bulbs for planting in October we peeled about 4kg of garlic bulbs that ended up as 3.4 kg of cloves ❗️The cloves were then minced in a processor and soaked in citric acid for 24 hours 😎 These were drained, put back in a bowl and covered in olive oil before filling clean jars for storage👍 #Allotment #Gardening #GrowYourOwn #Today
