ps I hate to complain about a good thing, but I really hate the UX of the Norm Hardy Prize. Seems to me (caveat: as written above, I know nothing about UX, very happy to be wrong) that sort of a prereq for friendly secure UX is that the user knows what they're trying to accomplish and the UX is aligned with that. The NHP doesn't say what the deadline is, introducing a lot of uncertainty, and the form is a scrolly 1 field per page thing encouraging typing without knowing when it ends.
