I'm staying. Given my activity and who I follow my career has changed considerably since 2020 when I became active just in anticipation for the need to promote my upcoming book.
I view myself as inherently multidisciplinary and never felt comfortable in many "home departments" in my career (CS or Psych depts). I'm frequently amazed at how I'm exposed to science, math, and philosophy that is almost as open-ended as it gets. Almost the contrary of my deptal experience of "closed environments".
Obviously there are reasons to leave, but for now I will stay and try to continue the healthy exchange of ideas that is actually still possible there. Some people are just nasty, but that's inevitable as groups expand imo.
